I don't think it will be that soon, but it probably will eventually.
Just hope and pray that 4Kids don't dub it. >_<

4Kids would never dub Elfen Lied because it is way too violent.
Bleach might not be so lucky however...
Maybe Funimation will dub them, they do a pretty good job.
