I know what he looks like, but I just haven't seen any movies with him in it.
To be completely honest, I'm not a fan of the Penguin. I kinda find him boring. In the cartoon/comics, he is just some sort of mob boss or crook. He has an umbrella gun and likes birds, but he's not crazy.
I guess that would be a nice change of pace, since Joker and Two-Face are Batman's craziest villains (maybe Scarecrow and Mad Hatter too) and were in TDK. I guess it would be nice to see a sane bad guy?
Unless Nolan makes him completely different.
