It took me about 2 hours. XD
Time flies when you're having fun drawing. While I was drawing it, I kinda made up stuff along the way. All I planned was how to make his face and from then I had no idea how it was going to turn out. XD
Harvey? Sure. Ill try to draw it tomorrow if I have time.

You can draw unburnt Harvey if ya want to instead. Unless, drawing Two-Face is more fun. xD
Doesn't matter to me, cause I equally love Harvey Dent and Two-Face. ^______^
(Of course, when I say Harvey, I am usually referring to pre-burnt Harvey. I say Two-Face for when after his face gets scarred)
