Its called Change 1, 2, 3 Its about a girl named Motoko who has 3 fathers. 2 of her fathers are legendary martial artists while the 3rd is a master in swordsmanship and guns. While she was little, all 3 of them trained her so that she could defend herself, but because of the stress she received during the training, she developed 3 different personalities, all of them mastering 1 style of her fathers. However, Motoko just wants a peaceful life, but whenever something bad happens to her like a gang tries to rape her or a pervert is molesting her, she blacks out and every time she wakes up she finds that all of them are brutally beaten. In 1711, a group of alchemists seeking eternal life gathered on a boat to summon the "demon" that held the secret. The demon agreed to give them what they wanted—an elixir of life, the method to create more, and the secret to ending their new-found existence. It has a lot of mafia people.
The anime is a little gory, but nothing compared to Elfen Lied or anything like that.
