And what would be the probable cause?

Use of Soul Reaper Glove things! Taking out Ichigo's soul is considered murder!

The body is kept alive until the chang is cut! Meaning before he re-entered his body his heart was still beating!

Objection!!
Prove this with evidence! How could the body still be alive if the soul is gone?

As long as the chain of Fate is connecting the soul, and the body, the body remains alive, and the person is not dead unless the chain is cut.

Hold it!!
Where was this Chain of Fate when Rukia took Ichigo out of his body?

In the case of Kurosaki Ichigo, the Chain of Fate was not present because Ichigo is a Death God. Death Gods are above normal souls, and can return to their living bodies even when their soul is removed, and do not need the Chains of Fate.

Hold it!!
So your saying that if Rukia wanted, she could return back to her body and become alive again?

|
|

In Rukia's case, her body was long gone, considering she died a long time ago. Instead of a normal body, she has a faux body! A gigai that is used by Death God's in order to influence the human world.

Objection!!
That clearly contradicts your statement! You said that a Soul Reaper's body doesnt die, yet now u say Rukia's body died, wouldn't the same also be said for Ichigo's body?

Rukia's body has been rotting for one hundred and fifty years at the least.

Objection!!
You have yet contradicted your statement again! If Rukia's body has been rotting, then the body is considered dead! Now the same should happen with Ichigo's body meaning his body has died!
