Rufus: That is Chaos, experiment from the Shin-Ra Company, about 230 years ago. During my father's reign as President, he ordered a woman named Lucrecia to experiment on some humans. He hoped to get a new breed of SOLDIERS, basically an army for the Shin-Ra company. That plan was a failure since Chaos was uncontrollable, so the leftover substances of Chaos was put into injections and locked away.

That is the same name of the former head of Science.....Well, that explains that....*throws injections to a tree* *casts fire on them* We don't need Vincent here infected with too much of Chaos' blood....However, that one injection already inflicted your friend with the demon's blood.
