Well, some are speculating he just just saying that to cover up for the next movie. Basically, he might be lying.

I really hope so. *cross fingers* I guess you never really know with Nolan. He does have a habit of saying one thing and doing something completely different later.
Actually, I'm a lot more calm now. I was really upset and shocked at first, but I'm alright now.
To be completely honest, I would love Two-Face to be in the next movie, but I wouldn't be too upset if he wasn't. I just didn't like the fact that the actor said he flat out died instead of just leaving it ambiguous, like how the movie ended.
It just kinda ruined speculation and everything.
So, I do hope that this is just a cover up or at least Nolan will change his mind over the years.
In the mean time...
I STILL BELIEVE IN HARVEY DENT (or Two-Face)! XD XD XD

Lol, right now im just worried if Nolan can bring another masterpiece to theaters. All that hard work on TDK has made expectations for the next batman film higher than any other film in history.
