Yeah, Nolan set some really high expectations.
What do you think about the Joker? Personally, I don't want to see him come back since Heath Ledger won't be able to act as him.....
People are placing bets on The Riddler and Catwoman though. I'm not a huge fan of either character, but Nolan might surprise me if he actually does use them.

Well cause it says that Nolan might be tricking us.
And as for the Joker, I dont want him to come back. No one can ever replace Heath Ledger and I doubt anyone would want to try to compete with Heath's performance. Not only would they get speculations but intense pressure.
As for The Riddler, I don't exactly care, but i heard Johnny Depp might play him which I think would be totally awesome. I also heard that The Penguin might come and Philip Seymour Hoffman might play him.

Yeah, if an actor replaced Heath, he would get INTENSE pressure from fans and critics alike. At least you know that the Joker is having fun in Arkham Asylum. xD
Hopefully Nolan won't try and make a Joker rip off with the Riddler. But I trust him in not to do something like that.
And the Penguin? >_> I guess he could work as a mob boss or something...or make him completely different like in Batman Returns.

But my favorites will always be Two-Face and Joker.

What about the Scarecrow and Ra's Al Gaul?
I watched an episode of the original animated series of Batman recently...
And the funny thing is, I like that portrayal of Joker. He's goofy and charmingly sadistic.
But still, I love Heath's Joker the most.

Did you ever see Batman Begins?
Yeah, Heath's portrayal is my favorite.
But you can't discredit Mark Hamill for doing the voice over for the Joker in the cartoon. He too did a great job.
However, I couldn't get into Jack Nicholson Joker that much.

I never watched Batman Begins completely. I wasn't too fond of Ra's Al Gaul... He just seemed slightly boring to me.
I like Scarecrow though. xD
